CME milk futures and cash dairy mostly higher Monday
Milk futures and cash dairy prices were all up except whey and nonfat dry milk Monday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
July Class III milk was up $0.02 at $13.92. August was up $0.37 at $14.89. September was up $0.39 at $16.01. October was up $0.17 at $16.85. November through June contracts ranged from one cent higher in May to twenty-one cents higher in January.
Dry whey was unchanged at $0.2275. Thirteen sales were recorded ranging from $0.2275 to $0.23.
Cheese blocks were up $0.0525 at $1.4450. Two sales were recorded at $1.44 and $1.4450.
Cheese barrels were up $0.02 at $1.40. Seven sales were recorded, ranging from $1.40 to $1.4225.
Butter was up $0.0125 at $2.4925. Four sales were recorded, ranging from $2.4925 to $2.4975.
Nonfat dry milk was down $0.01 at $1.0775. Two sales were recorded at that price.
